Hotel Guidelines

Parking

Paid street parking is available Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM at $1 per hour. Parking is free on Sundays, holidays, and between 8 PM and 8 AM. The Present is located at Crawford Square where a significant number of paid street parking spaces are available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

Credit Card Policy

We accept major credit cards American Express, Discovery, Mastercard, and Visa.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 11am. If early check-in or late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee.

Guarantee Policy

We guarantee the specific room or suite that you booked. If we are unable to honor your reservation, you will be upgraded to the next level of room or suite at no additional charge.

Pet Policy

Although The Present does not allow pets, if you need assistance finding accommodations for your furry family member, we are happy to provide recommendations for local boarding facilities.

Smoking Policy

Our Savannah, Georgia hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking within a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
